We provide domestic and international shipping with high-quality packaging to ensure product safety. Returns are accepted under eligible conditions within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, used orthopedic wearable products are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Returns
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear product images. Returns are processed only for eligible unused products in original packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.
